RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Wall Art Posters & Canvas Prints All posters and canvas prints are produced on demand through Printify's global fulfillment network. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our part, we will provide a free reprint or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Lost Packages If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Refunds Refunds are only issued when a replacement is not possible. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Delays caused by customs or carriers
- Change of mind after the order is placed
